Moroccan Chicken

A simple healthy chicken recipe that you can use to give your chicken a very different taste



Zest + Juice of 1 orange

1/4 tsp Sumac

1 Garlic Clove

1/4 tsp Harissa Paste

1/4 tsp Cumin

Handful of Chopped or Dry Coriander

1 TBSP Olive Oil

Mint Yoghurt

3 tbsp of Greek Yoghurt (100g)

5 Mint Leaves

1 tsp Honey

Lemon Juice (optional)

Serve with Cous Cous roughly 100g.
