I’m always looking for new ways to throw in a healthy snack into my day and came out with this one!
- Eggs x 3
- Banana x 1
- Vanilla Protein Powder x 1/2 scoop
- Oats roughly 50g
- Baking Powder x 1 tsp
- Blueberries (as many as you like)
- Coconut Oil
Mix the eggs, banana, oats, protein powder, baking powder into a blender and blend until smooth. Put the blueberries into the mix and stir.
Oil up the baking tin with the coconut oil, this will make roughly 12.
Place in the oven at around 160c for around 15 mins or until brown, use a knife to test if they’re cooked through, push the knife through to the middle and if the knife is clean you’re good to go!
