If you’re looking to tone up and get fit whilst having a lot of fun in the process then Team Training is for you!
Unlike most traditional fitness classes and bootcamps where you’re just another number in a big group, we cap our sessions at 8 people so everyone can receive more attention to their individual needs.
Sessions take place 6 days a week at convenient times of the day and are suitable for all levels and abilities.
We train on the following days and times.
Monday 930am-1030am (Boxing) / 6pm-7pm / 7pm-8pm
Tuesdays 6am-7am / 7pm-8pm
Wednesdays 930am-1030am / 730pm-815pm (HIIT)
Fridays 6am-7am / 930am-1030am
Saturdays 9am-10am (Last Saturday of each month we do Park Run)
Our workouts vary across the week, covering everything from Strength and Fitness Training to Boxing and HITT Training.
The program is also updated regularly to keep you progressing.
You can take part in any session ‘pay as you go’ for £10 using the timetable above and we offer options from £40 per month.
Our monthly prices for Team Training are below.
1 Session Per Week – £40pm
2 Sessions Per Week – £80pm
Unlimited Sessions Per Week – £120pm
We recommend you attend at least 2-3 sessions per week for the best results!
